Auto Enhance

One tap from a raw stacked master to a finished picture — background, colour, stretch and finishing polish, all at once.

After Auto Enhance — a finished image Before — the raw, flat stacked data BeforeAfter

Drag to compare: the flat, noisy raw stack on the left, one tap of Auto Enhance on the right.

What it does

Runs a complete, sensible processing plan for you — background extraction, colour calibration, stretch, and finishing polish — from your cropped frame, in a single click. A great starting point, or a quick finished result when you don't want to work through every step by hand.

How to use it

  1. Crop your image first — Auto Enhance becomes available once you've cropped, and it works from that cropped frame, so your composition is respected.
  2. Click Auto Enhance in the toolbar. It replaces any processing you've done (your crop is kept), so it asks before discarding it.

It always aims for natural, photometric-style colour. For narrowband looks, reach for the Narrowband tool instead.

Tips

You can keep editing from the result, or Undo straight back to where you were — every step it applied is a normal, editable step in your history.
